前段时间namecheap反对SOPA推出主机2.5折超给力优惠码(已经过期),想购买的之前想要一个探针看看配置和一个IP来测试一下ping速度。不过网上怎么搜都搜不到，于是又得自己联系客服了。
客服很爽快的给了一个namecheap的检查延迟和速度ping地址：server1.namecheaphosting.com
顺便质询了网友关心的namecheap退款问题，网上很多都说退款只能退到namecheap的账户上供以后使用而不能退款到PAYPAL或VIAS等信用卡上。但是客服给的答复是：退款是退到namecheap的账户上，但是能通过MY ACCOUNT中的Withdraw Funds提现到PAYPAL上（未说明是否得手续费）。自己打开了提现页面，上面在很显眼的地方写着必须是订单退款的5天之后的金额才可以提现到PAYPAL上。
